Save Empty Printer Ink Cartridges

Instead of throwing away your empty laser or ink jet printer cartridges, please give them to our school! We send them to the Educational Technology & Conservation Exchange Program (ETCEP) who refills them with ink and reuses them. This keeps them out of landfills and helps the environment. By helping the environment, we earn points toward free computer hardware and software. Everybody wins with this one! Send or drop off your empty ink cartridges at Daniel Elementary (11310 SE 248th, Kent, WA 98030). If you are a business in our area and would like to have us pick up your cartridges, we will do that. Please call Marie Moran at 253-373-2255. If you are a business in any area and would like to adopt us, ETCEP will provide postage prepaid kits directly to you that you can send in on our behalf.

Box Tops for Education

Box Tops for Education is a way for our school to earn CASH. Our 2000-2001 goal was to earn enough to purchase a much needed new set of encyclopedia for the library. We reached our goal and our New 2002 World Book Encyclopedia arrived in December 2001!!! You can help by cutting out and sending the Box Tops for Education logo from eligible boxtops. Please send them to Penny Ackerson, Daniel Elementary, 11310 SE 248th St., Kent, WA 98030.

Campbell's Labels for Education

The Campbell Soup Company has been providing free educational resources to schools across the United States for more than 27 years. Simply by saving and redeeming labels from the many participating Campbell brands families use every day, our school can obtain free merchandise. Please send them to Penny Ackerson, Daniel Elementary, 11310 SE 248th St., Kent, WA 98031.

Feel free to tell friends, family members, and businesses
about any of these opportunities. Thank you for your support!
