Ann started judging gymnastics in 1972. She helped the KM team from 1972-1998. Ann headed the Kent Parks Gymnastics Program from 1973-1976. She started "Diaz School of Gymnastics" in 1976. Ann assisted at Kentwood for 2 years and helped lead the team to 2 state titles. She was named head coach in 2002.
