Bil Caillier:
Volleyball

Bil’s coaching experience began in 1998 as the freshmen volleyball coach at his alma mater, Auburn High School under the tutelage of Washington State Hall of Fame coach, Nancy Zehnder. After four years with Auburn, he was hired as a Conk to continue an already established and successful program. Bil enters his 8th season as head coach of the Kentwood program. Past successes include; three SPSLN League Titles, two SPSL titles, two West Central District titles, and six state appearances that include an 8th, 7th, 4th, and a 3rd place finish last year that concluded with the best record in Kentwood Volleyball history, 35-1. On the national scene, Kentwood Volleyball ended last season ranked 50th in the nation by Prepvolleyball.com and begins this year at 57th. Bil received Coach of the Year honors five times that included two from the former King County Journal, two from the SPSLN coaches, and last year from the Seattle Times. During the high school off season you can find Bil coaching at Meridian Middle School, as well as, working with the Rookies program with Kent Juniors volleyball club.
