BA in English; Master's in Athletic Adminstration from University of Washington. Frank has coached for 29 years: basketball, tennis, softball. He has been the Boys Tennis head coach for 6 years, he was an assistant coach for 4 years prior to that and has assisted with girls tennis for 2 years.
